A unique positioning and education system designed to help you figure out what phase of your health and fitness journey you’re in, what to focus on, what to learn and what comes next. It will help show you what content, challenges or resources are more relevant to where you’re at right now.

Each position comes with its own tailored content, mindsets, progress processes, and tips that are specifically designed to support you in your current progress phase.
