POPULAR CLASSES

  • A dynamic Yoga class that includes both sustained poses as well as flow to build strength and enhance flexibility. Attention is given to both breath and alignment, finishing with meditation and relaxation.

    The reformer is a pilates apparatus designed to add resistance and support to a classical pilates workout. Emphasizing core breath, core stabilisation, and full body awareness. A full-body workout strengthening your deepest abdominal muscles while sculpting your legs, arms, and back.

  • High Intensity Interval Training. This is a go hard all over body workout. You will find joints and muscles you didn't know you had. All fitness levels catered for.

  • Unleash your inner warrior in our explosive Box Fit class! Join our experienced PT John for a heart-pumping, HIIT-style workout that combines high-intensity boxing elements with total-body strength exercises. In just 30 minutes, you'll push your limits, torch calories, and build incredible strength. Get ready to say goodbye to fat and hello to your strongest, leanest self!

  • The fastest way to change your body shape. Adjustable weight loaded barbells allow you to increase your lean muscle mass (without building ‘bulk’) burning more calories and ensuring awesome muscle tone as well as improving your posture.

  • Strong for life! The exercises chosen, repetitions performed, and varied speeds we work at are all designed for one thing — to make you stronger. Welcome to the funeral for your fat, and say hello to your strongest, leanest body yet as we push your lactate threshold with Squats, Lunge Jumps, Chest and Back exercises. The weighted core work will leave you feeling stronger and exhilarated when you’re done.

Each month we choose one class at each club to be our Movement of the Month (MOTM). You can bring a friend for free to our MOTM class all month. Check with your club to see what this months MOTM is.

REFORMER PILATES

At Movement, we offer Reformer Pilates at our Tweed and Cornubia clubs.

  • It's a bed-like frame with a flat platform that rolls back and forth on wheels.

  • The focus of the reformer is on the core muscles. Helping build strength, flexibility, balance, and improve posture.

    It allows full-range motion, builds strong bones, and can help with back pain and other common issues.

  • Reformer pilates can benefit anyone who wants to work on mobility, flexibility and build strength in core muscles. It is suitable for all fitness levels and can be easily customized.

  • $40 per week gets you full gym access, all our group fitness classes and full access to all reformer classes.

    12 Months Minimum Term, Includes Reformer Pilates, 24/7 Access Card $25 (50% off), No Joining, Admin or Direct Debit Fees.
