Welcome To The Progress Challenge

Welcome to the Progress Challenge!! A 6-week intensive workshop for challengers who are not only serious about lifestyle change but also ready. You will connect with coaches, professionals and a like-minded community to provide support and keep you accountable. You’ll learn everything you need to know to get control over your health & fitness and develop the habits you need to grow beyond the challenge.

Oh, and you can 100% expect to push yourself outside your comfort zone to see what you’re really capable of.

  • Why Most Challenges Fail an how PROGRESS CHALLENGERS succeed.

    Motivation sucks, its temporary. You cannot be motivated all the time. So if you focus on “getting results” during those periods, it’s likely that your results will fade as soon as your priorities change or your motivation drops.

    Instead, focus your energy on building the environment, relationships, skills and tools you need to build new behaviour or habits.

    All meaningful results in life, fitness, relationships, finance, education etc come from the compounding effects of your habits not from the effort you put in during the challenge.

  • The Progress Challenge is for anyone who is looking to improve their health and fitness and create sustainable lifestyle changes. It is suitable for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels who have made progress in challenges before but then lost it after the challenge ends.

    The Progress Challenge is for people who are frustrated by the effort it takes to get results and who are sick of starting over with every new years resolution thinking “this time will be different”.

    The Progress Challenge is focused on teaching the core skills for training, nutrition, and mental health, and helping members create habits that will last long after the challenge is over.

  • During this six week challenge, you will receive:

    1. Access to our online Education Modules to improve critical skills in your Training, Nutrition and Mental Fitness.

    2. Weekly Small Group PT sessions to build relationships with expert PT’s in a variety of disciplines including HIIT, Resistance, Mobility and more.

    3. Access to Movement Progress App for your personal challenge plan including:

      1. Workout Programs specifically designed by our expert PT’s to improve your strength, mobility and fitness.

      2. Specific Food Plans designed to meet your individual calorie and macro targets.

      3. Mental Fitness plans including daily habit tracking.

      4. Ongoing coaching and communication throughout the challenge.

    4. The Progress Journal which will guide you through the process of clarifying your identity and purpose, priorities, habits and thoughts as we know mindfulness underpins all other improvement work.

    5. An Assessment Program to establish a baseline and monitor progress for your strength, mobility, fitness, nutrition and mental strength.

    6. Supplement Stacks to support your goals (Gain Stack / Tone Stack / Health Stack)

    7. A weekly Event Schedule for education and social connection including workshops, outdoor exercise, masterclasses, group activities.

    8. Weekly Zoom Sessions with your Coach for accountability and progress tracking and sharing stories.

  • Add $30pw by direct debit to your current club membership for 6 weeks. Total over 6 weeks is $180.
