Movement is, progress over perfection! We are told in so many aspects of our lives that we need to be perfect! Have the perfect grades, perfect body, perfect hair, a perfect workout routine, perfect diet, the perfect life and it's just completely unrealistic.
The only way to battle this is to embrace imperfection in all of its goodness. Our focus shouldn't be on being perfect, it should be on making progress. to just be a little bit better than we were yesterday. We are here to help, join us and letβs fight unrealistic expectations together.

Movement is all about the people, literally. If it werenβt for you guys we wouldnβt be here and we definitely wouldnβt be having as much fun as we do now with our incredible community.
