TREADMILL

TARGET MUSCLES: Whole body: Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calfs, Pectoralis, Deltoids, Latissimus dorsi, Rhomboids, Bicep/ Tricep Brachii, Core.

MOVEMENTS: Whole body movement. Hip flexion/ extension, Knee flexion/extension, Elbow flexion/extension, Shoulder flexion/extension.

1. Step on hard sides outside of treadmill matt. Connect safety switch to clothing.

2. Select “quickstart/go” or desired program.

3. Step onto moving treadmill matt whilst holding onto support bar.

4. Increase speed/ incline as desired.

5. Reduce speed. Press stop. Step off treadmill.
