Stair Climber

STAIR CLIMBER

TARGET MUSCLES: Glutes, Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Calves, Core.

MOVEMENTS: Hip flexion/extension, knee flexion/ exetension.

1. Climb onto machine with your back straight, chest up, hands on handles.

2. Select '“quickstart/go” or desired program.

3. Walk up the climber. Increase speed/ intensity as desired.

4. Press stop, allow stairs to stop, climb of machine.
