Seated Shoulder Side Raise
SEATED SHOULDER SIDE RAISE
TARGET MUSCLES: Deltoids.
MOVEMENTS: Shoulder abduction.
1. Sit on machine with your back straight, chest up, hands on handles, elbows on pads, feet flat on the floor.
2. Exhale. Push elbows up and out to the sides.
3. Inhale. Return to start position and repeat in a controlled motion.
