Seated Hamstring Curl
SEATED HAMSTRING CURL
TARGET MUSCLES: Hamstrings, Gastrocnemius.
MOVEMENTS: Knee Flexion.
1. Sit on machine with your back straight, chest up, hands on handles, legs over and under leg supports.
2. Exhale. Pull feet towards your bottom: Adductors.
3. Inhale. Return to start position and repeat in a controlled motion.
