Hip Flexor Stretch
HIP FLEXOR
TARGET MUSCLES: Hip Flexors.
MOVEMENTS: Hip extension.
1. Kneel on machine with one knee, with your back straight, chest up, elbows on support bar, hands on handles..
2. Squeeze seat release handle, exhale and slide knee back to feel hip stretch but no pain.
3. Inhale. Return to start position and repeat in a controlled motion.
