Hamstring Stretch

HAMSTRING STRETCH

TARGET MUSCLES: Hamstrings.

MOVEMENTS: Hip Flexion.

1. Lay flat on machine with 1 leg on support locking ankle behind bar and the other foot on the floor. Hold handle in right hand

2. Exhale. Using handle to help lift supported straight leg towards chest and stopping movement when you feel a stretch but not pain.

3. Inhale. Return to start position and repeat in a controlled motion.
