CRANK CYCLE

TARGET MUSCLES: Latissimus dorsi, Pectorals, Deltoids, Tricep brachii, Bicep brachii, Core.

MOVEMENTS: Shoulder flexion/ extension, Elbow flexion/extension.

1. Sit on machine with your back straight, chest up, hands on hand pedals, feet flat on the platform.

2. Push and pull hand pedals in a forward circular motion.
