LEG PRESS

TARGET MUSCLES: Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Gluteus Maximus.

MOVEMENTS: Hip extension, Knee extension.

1. Sit on machine with your back straight, chest up, hands on handles, feet shoulder or hip distance apart in the middle of foot plate.

2. Exhale. Pressing through heels and squeezing glutes, push body away from feet, soft knees.

3. Inhale. Return to start position and repeat in a controlled motion.
