Lying Hamstring Curl

LYING HAMSTRING CURL

TARGET MUSCLES: Hamstrings.

MOVEMENTS: Knee flexion.

1. Lay face down on bench and lock ankles behind support. Hips over high point on bench.

2. Exhale. Squeeze hamstrings and pull feet towards bottom. Eyes forward, hips stable.

3. Inhale. Return to start position and repeat in a controlled motion.
