INCLINE CHEST PRESS
TARGET MUSCLES: Pectoralis major, Anterior deltoids, Tricep brachii.
MOVEMENTS: Shoulder flexion, Elbow extension.
1. Sit on machine with your back straight, chest up, hands on handles, feet flat on the floor.
2. Exhale. Push hands away from body, elbows soft.
3. Inhale. Return to start position and repeat in a controlled motion.
