Over the years I've watched thousands of people join gyms with good intentions and then quietly disappear.
Not because they were lazy.
Not because they lacked motivation.
Most people start with excitement, miss a few sessions, life gets busy, and eventually they begin believing:
"Maybe I'm just not the kind of person that sticks to a gym."
I don't believe that.
I think most gyms accidentally set people up to fail.

Too much focus on selling memberships instead of helping people build habits.
