Not Your Typical Gym

We're not your typical gym—if you’ve been around movement for a while you might have noticed we've taken a different approach to health and fitness, focusing on helping our members find progress that lasts and embracing imperfection. Welcome to Movement Health Clubs, where we prioritise sustainable progress, inclusivity, and living healthy, happy lives!

Our mission is to make health and fitness more accessible so that more people can live a healthier, happier life. With so much misinformation out there and unrealistic expectations pushed by social media, it's time to get back to the basics and learn how our bodies truly work. We're here to guide you on your journey to find progress that lasts!

With three amazing locations (soon to be four) in Tweed, Casuarina, and Cornubia, Movement Health Clubs offers a diverse range of facilities and programs to meet your needs. From free weights and cardio equipment to an insane amount of group fitness classes, even pilates, and yoga, there's something for everyone at our clubs. Whether you're looking for an entirely indoor experience at Tweed, a beachside lifestyle club in Casuarina, or access to sports facilities in Cornubia, we've got you covered!

At Movement, we understand that short-term challenges don't create lasting change. That's why we've developed The Progress Challenge, designed to teach you the basics of exercise, nutrition, and mental health while helping you create habits that last long after the challenge ends.

We are also working hard on our innovative Progress Journey, a guide for members looking to make lasting lifestyle changes. It a positioning system that tells you where you are in your health and fitness journey, what to focus on and what content and strategies are relevant to you right now. We have identified 8 unique journey positions and created an online survey which will automatically identify which position relates to. you the most. We will be curating and publishing content that covers essential aspects of health and fitness such as Nutrition, Training and Exercise, Habit Creation, The Progress Process, Mental Health, and Mindset. By actively working on these areas, you'll develop a deeper understanding of how your body works, eliminate common failure points, and set yourself up for success.

So, if you're ready to embrace imperfection, make social connections IRL, and embark on a journey of progress that lasts, Movement Health Clubs is the place for you. We're done with perfect and we think you might be too.
