Suspension Terms *

We are happy to accept requests for Suspension of your membership and there are a few things you need to be aware of. - Requests for suspension of a membership must be in writing and are subject to the terms and conditions of your membership agreement. - Depending on your membership agreement, suspension fees may be applicable. - You can obtain a copy of your membership agreement from your home club. - It may take up to 3 business days to process your request for suspension and your membership is still active until we inform you by either text or email that it has been suspended. If you have not heard from us within 3 days, please contact us immediately. - Because direct debit payments take a number of days to process, it is possible that additional membership payments may be paid by you prior to suspension of a membership. Any payment arrangement or overdue membership payments may continue to be billed during the period of your suspension. - The first membership payment after the end of your suspension may be different to account for a pro-rata payment depending on your payment schedule. - The maximum time you are permitted to suspend you membership for is 3 months within any 12 month period. - At the end of your suspension period, your payments will automatically re-commence. - Your membership end date or minimum term end date will increase by the duration of the suspension. - Membership Terms and Conditions are accessible via the link at the top of this form or at https://movementhealthclubs.com.au/membership-terms-and-conditions
