SEATED LEG CURL
TARGET MUSCLES: Hamstrings
MOVEMENTS: Knee Flexion
1. There are a couple of adjustments to make for the machine to be comfortable. Adjust the seat pad, leg height, ankle pad position - so it rests comfortably above the back of the heels and set the knee pad down on your thighs, not on your knees. Tip: To get in and out of the seat easier adjust the knee pad to the highest number to start and at the end of your sets.
2. Keep your low back flat against the pad throughout the movement. Exhale. Flex the knees, aim to kick your butt with your heels.
3. Inhale. Slowly return to start position and repeat in a controlled motion.
