Assisted Chin-up & Dip

ASSISTED CHIN-UP

TARGET MUSCLES: Latissimus dorsi, Rhomboids, Trapezius, Biceps brachii.

MOVEMENTS: Shoulder - extension, Scapula - retraction, Elbow - flexion.

1. Stand on platform with left foot, hands hold on handles above, right knee onto support then left knee onto support. Lower support until at full length.

2. Exhale. Move the shoulder blades back and down together first; keeping your core, back and hips straight then pull your chest towards the handles.

3. Inhale. Return to start position and repeat in a controlled motion.
