Mental Health Month

This October at Movement Health Clubs we will be supporting Mental Health Month throughout our clubs and across social media.

We will be sharing content and resources around mental health aimed at getting the conversation going, as well as bringing attention to some great organisations doing awesome things. (WayAhead, LIVIN, Grow, REDSIX, Beyond Blue and more)

ODD SOCK DAY

Kicking us off on the 4th of October we have Odd Socks Day as well as our monthly FUN FRIDAY Mediation and Relaxation class.

Train with a friend

It gives you a chance to hang out, chat, have some fun and really helps boost your mood. Throughout October for #MentalHealthMonth we are asking our members to train with a friend next time you come to the gym. To make it easier, if you have a friend that isn't a member we are even letting current members bring a friend to train with them for free this month.*

*Limited to One casual visit per day, during staffed hours and only when accompanied by an existing Movement Health Clubs Member.

MEDITATION AND RELAXATION

Friday the 4th of October at 5:30pm we are holding a Meditation and Relaxation class at Tweed which is great for everyone whether you've tried yoga before or not. Just Bring a gold coin donation on entry which will go towards REDSIX.
